You're here now because you cringe EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU STEP ON THE SCALE


or you don't even get on the scale at all and just avoid it all together!!! SMH


That needs to change!

Either one you want lose weight and get that snatched waist


OR


You want to get a bigger butt which requires us to put on MORE muscle mass on the glute which means we will need to see the scale go up!!


Both require us to us the scale as tool in our tool belt to make sure we are being held accountable and staying on track to our goals.


The catch is [...the gag is]: just like building a house...you wouldn't just use one tool in the tool belt. Right?


So when building your dream body why would you only rely on one tool in the tool belt??
