Ive been ashamed of hiding in the pantry/closet eating a whole box of donuts by myself.


I would desperately want to stop but didn’t have the self control.


I didn’t know why I was doing this even tho I wanted to stop.


Honestly I’ve been “fat”, I’ve been skinny, I’ve been fit, I’ve been thick and everywhere in between.


I know what it’s like to be looking for answers.


Trying various things but still feeling like nothing was working.

We did increase he water intake, activity level, implemented more Whole Foods, protein, & tracking he food in a way that beat fit her lifestyle that would not include counting calories or macros.


Katrice has learned to celebrate her wins and actually decided to study to be a personal trainer herself so that she can pay it forward and help other women with their fitness and nutrition.

Sarah felt sexy in a bikini for the first time in years 🔥

She had already been working out and eating relatively healthy but not seeing the results she wanted af the time.

We also worked on ways to decrease her stress levels working a full time stressful job so she could focus on filling her cup first so she could show up as better mom and spouse.

Staci is an extremely busy wife and mom of 4. She had not seen 178 on the scale since 2019 before working together.

Before working together staci struggled with sticking to one routine that would work for her and just trying multiple different things.

I also love that she had multiple surgeries but she worked with me last year prior to having another surgery but said that she was able to heal and get back on her feet much sooner due to her nutrition being on point.
